NOTORIOUS WOMEN: THEY CALL ME LIZZIE

Thursday, October 23, 2014 - 6:30pm to 7:30pm

Travel back in time to 1892. Lizzie Borden stands accused of the heinous axe murders of her beloved father and not-so-beloved stepmother. In full mourning dress, Lizzie makes a compelling case for her innocence. Was she just a victim of her times? It will be left up to the audience to determine for themselves just who Lizzie really was in the face of the evidence presented. Lizzie is both child-like and complex and continues to be a curious example of Victorian womanhood to this day. Presentation by Decotique. Registration required. (856) 694-2833
